It is a rare but highly sought-after housing type,\u201d says estate agent and owner of home Malling, Torben Skov Lauridsen, who is handling the sales on behalf of the developers Holtsh\u00f8jen Holding and K2projekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CEO of Holtsh\u00f8jen Holding, Klaus Lildholdt, explains the background of the development project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201c\u2018Kirseb\u00e6rh\u00f8jen has been developed because single-storey townhouses are in demand but still rare in Aarhus Municipality.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The CEO highlights that the development is characterized by clean lines, low-maintenance materials, and opportunities for community on the buyers\u2019 own terms \u2013 all set in peaceful, scenic surroundings with quick access to Aarhus via the light rail and the E45 motorway via Giber \u00c5 Ringvej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p class=\"translation-block\">With its central and attractive location in Malling, the homes appeal to both seniors, families with children, and young people who want to swap their apartment for their first house \u2013 in short, to anyone seeking a manageable, future-proof, and quality-focused setting for everyday life.<\/p><cite>Klaus Lildholdt, Holtsh\u00f8jen Holding A\/S<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attractive location: Malling is growing rapidly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Torben Skov Lauridsen from home Malling also highlights the town\u2019s location, which is expected to become even more attractive in the coming years.
