A family office
Holtshøjen Holding A/S was established in 2012 as the Family Office of the Stæhr Andersen family, but our history goes back much further and is closely linked to Frode Laursen.
The family acquired the company in the late 1980s and, through focus and perseverance, developed it into one of Northern Europe’s leading logistics companies. Since then, the business activities have expanded and been consolidated under TA-Logistics, which today holds a portfolio of companies operating in the transport and logistics sector.
Our Role
Holtshøjen Holding A/S manages the family's other investments in publicly listed securities, private equity, infrastructure and alternative funds, residential rental properties, as well as forestry and residential development land.
This clear division ensures focus, expertise, and responsible management within each area, while enabling the different entities to collaborate, share knowledge, and leverage each other’s capabilities. Together, they manage the portfolio with a long-term focus on value creation and sustainable growth for the family.

The companies in the group cover a broad range of competencies within the transport, logistics, and real estate sectors. Among them are Frode Laursen, Skanol, Kaj Madsen, GDL AB and IN-STORE as well as ATTA Foundation.
