A family office
Holtshøjens Holding A/S was founded in 2012 as the family office for the Stæhr Andersen family. However, our story stretches much further back and is closely linked to Frode Laursen.
The family acquired the company in the late 1980s and, through focus and perseverance, developed it into one of Northern Europe’s leading logistics companies. Since then, the business activities have expanded and been consolidated under TA-Logistics, which today holds a portfolio of companies operating in the transport and logistics sector.
Our Role
Holtshøjens Holding A/S, on the other hand, manages the family’s other investments, including listed securities, private equity, infrastructure and alternative funds, residential rental properties, as well as forestry and residential development land.
This clear division ensures focus, expertise, and responsible management within each area, while enabling the different entities to collaborate, share knowledge, and leverage each other’s capabilities. Together, they manage the portfolio with a focus on long-term value creation and sustainable results for the family.
Part of Something Bigger
The companies in the group cover a broad range of competencies within the transport, logistics, and real estate sectors. Among them are Frode Laursen, Skanol, Kaj Madsen, GDL AB and IN-STORE as well as ATTA Foundation.
At our company, knowledge sharing is about making the most of the competencies within our businesses. By exchanging experiences and ideas across the organisation, we all become wiser – and it strengthens both the individual company and the group as a whole.
