There is always something special about seeing a residential development move from drawings to reality. We recently reached an important milestone in the Kirsebærhøjen townhouse development in Malling, where we welcomed the first homeowners to their new homes.
The new homeowners are moving into architect-designed townhouses with a focus on quality, functionality, and sustainable solutions. To mark the occasion, they were naturally welcomed with a selection of cherry-themed gifts, including cherry wine, a LEGO cherry blossom set, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a local florist.
Construction of Phases 2 and 3 is well underway, and we expect to hand over the keys to the remaining single- and two-storey townhouses as early as this summer.
We are continuously seeking attractive development sites in Aarhus where we can develop similar residential projects backed by strong market fundamentals.
